Would you like to travel to Africa and participate in our Guinea Trip & Intensive Course? Please contact us using the form below, and we'll get you started!
What does the registration process entail?
First, contact us with your intention to participate, and we will send you copies of our Terms & Conditions, as well as a registration form
Once you have read through the terms & conditions thouroughly, we will ask you to fill out and sign the Registration Form, which provides us with certain necessary personal info and details about your travel plans, while doubling as a liabilty waiver form
Once you submit your completed Registration Form, together with a mandatory non-refundable deposit (apx 25% of the full course fee) which also serves as a booking/cancellation fee, your place has been confirmed and reserved
We will then help you to compile your necessary papers in order to process your Guinea visitors' visa (you must have a valid passport & yellow fever vaccination in place first)
You can start to look into other health concerns and vaccination options, travel insurance, and flights - we are happy to help you with any of this along the way - please keep us informed of any questions / concerns that may arise!
Once you have your flight / travel information confirmed, we ask that you provide us with the details for safety purposes and to arrange for your pick-up in Conakry
The remaining fees are due by November 1st
We highly encourage those who would like to travel with us and participate in the Guinea trip to register as far in advance possible, so that we can get you through all the pre-requisites and paperwork. It is also very helpful for us to have a good idea of numbers, so that we can plan and prepare accordingly. That said, for December / January travel, registrations (including deposit / cancellation fee) are due by October 30th at the latest, with the remaining balance due by November 1st. Applications may be accepted after this deadline, however additional fees may apply.
